“Abstract:This article examines the permanent dialectic between the social dynamics and sociocultural community development in Tunisia. It also accentuates the strong correlation between the practices of sociocultural community development and its institutions as well as the fast changes affecting the Tunisian society. The current social transformation in Tunisia passes by a phase of transition to draw up a new societal project. The latter is asserted by different attitudes according to the actors, so giving multiple directions to the transition process among which some qualify themselves as being positive because they opt for the construction (new constitution, medias and judicial system, elections and transitional justice) and others as being negative aiming towards the demolition and the chaos. The latter are motivated by individual interests and by right and left ideologies (social and political violence, addiction, illegal immigration and individual and organized criminality). Questions that arise then are: how reacted the sector of the sociocultural community development in Tunisia towards this reality and towards these facts? Will the social and cultural activities stay out of this dynamics? How position oneself as one of the strategic actors for the social reconfiguration and the reconstruction of the social links?Keywords: sociocultural community development; social change; Tunisia.

 

Resumen :

Este artículo examina la dialéctica permanente entre la dinámica social y la animación en Túnez. También pone de relieve la correlación fuerte entre las prácticas de animación y sus instituciones así como los cambios rápidos que afectan la sociedad tunecina. La transformación social actual en Túnez pasa por una fase de transición que pretende establecer un nuevo proyecto social. Este último es afirmado por actitudes diferentes según los actores, consagrándose así direcciones múltiples al proceso de transición entre los que algunos se cualifican como los que son positivos ya que optan por la construcción (la nueva constitución, los medios de comunicación y el sistema judicial, las elecciones y la justicia transitionnelle) y otros como que fueron negativos tendiendo hacia la demolición y el caos. Estos últimos son motivados por intereses individuales y por ideologías de izquierda como de derecha (la violencia social y la violencia política, la adicción, la inmigración ilegal y la criminalidad individual y organizada). Las cuestiones que se ponen entonces son: ¿ cómo reaccionó el sector de la animación en Túnez enfrente de esta realidad y enfrente de estos hechos? ¿ La animación sociocultural se quedará aparte de esta dinámica? ¿ Como hacer para situarse como uno de los actores estratégicos para el reconfiguration social y la reconstrucción de los lazos sociales?
